Online patient services

Patient Services is a convenient online tool which allows you to order repeat prescriptions. You can access Patient Services from anywhere in the world 24/7/365 from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. There is an app available for both Android and Apple users.

Registering for Patient Services in person

  • Step 1. Download, complete and print our Patient Services application form
  • Step 2. Visit the Practice in person and hand to reception your completed application form.
  • Step 3. Show your identification - two forms of ID are requied, including one photo ID such as a passport, drivers licence, freedom pass etc.., and also one form of ID with your home address on it, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

Once you have completed the above steps, the receptionist will print you a Patient Services pin document which you need in order to sign up to Patient Services.

Once you have registered your Patient Services account, you will have full access to all the online services you requested.

Register from home and visit the surgery later

You can also register for this service online without visiting your practice - this method creates a basic account that allows you to book only one appointment. Using this option requires that you visit the surgery after registering and bring along two forms of ID - one photo ID such as a passport, drivers licence, freedom pass etc, and also one form of ID with your home address on it, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

How to register online

To register, use the 'REGISTER ONLINE' button below.  After clicking the button, you will be asked the following question:  'Have you received a registration letter from your practice?  Yes or NO'.

Answer NO and continue by answering and completing the questions on the screen.

At the end of the registration, please remember to write down your user ID as you will need this to access your Patient Services account.

Remember: Once you've registered online, you will need to bring in your ID to the practice so that we can give you full access to your account.  You will also need to read our information leaflet and download, complete and print our Patient Access application form.
