Private medical services
The Health and Social Care system in Northern Ireland does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing, some vaccination services and certain medicals which can only be booked privately, such as employment and insurance medicals. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed below.
If you are booking a medical please tell the receptionist when making you call so that a longer appointment can be allocated. Some medicals will need to be carried out by a GP other than your own.

Please note that this practice has a policy of not writing letters of support for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) applications and does not support Benefit Agency Appeals. Where the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has need for further information, they will write to the Practice requesting such information, which we will then supply.

Please Note: Submit your form at least 6 weeks prior to your date of travel. Some vaccines require 1 month to provide protection.
